  1. pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. line 2 baking trays with some baking paper.
  3. cut the apricots into small pieces.
  4. put the butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  5. cream them together until they become creamy.
  6. add the flour, oats, apricots and raisins and mix them together.
  7. roll out the oat mixture into balls, about the size of a ping pong ball and put them on the baking trays.
  8. flatten each ball slightly.
  9. put them in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. leave to stand for 5 minutes, then trandfer them to a cooling tray.
