Artichoke Wraps

from my Grammy's kitchen. Jackie says, “Especially nice because you can always have ingredients on hand for those unexpected guests!”

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 lb  smoked beef
• 1 (8 ounce) jar  marinated artichoke hearts

Directions

1. Slice beef and quarter artichoke hearts.
2. Wrap each artichoke with a strip of beef and secure with a toothpick.
3. Heat in microwave 1 minute.
