Artichoke Spread

Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke heart
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Drain artichoke hearts well.
- Chop.
- Mix with mayo and cheese.
- Bake in an 8x8 inch baking dish for 30-45 minutes at 350.
- Will be golden and bubbly when finished.
- Serve on cocktail rye.
