Artichoke & Spinach Dip (No mayo!)

I have an aversion to mayo (even if it is hidden in dips). I found this recipe about 5 years ago and it is now a holiday staple. Yummy with tortilla chips, pita slices or even smeared on french bread! Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until well mixed.
  3. Spoon into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  4. Bake 25-30 minutes until hot.
