Ingredients
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 6 ounces canned artichoke hearts, diced
- 1⁄2 cup pepperoni, diced
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- pepper
- 1 pie shell
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and pour into the pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
