Artichoke Heart-Spinach-Mushroom Saute

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 ounces baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- 12 ounces marinated artichoke hearts
- 3 ounces baby spinach leaves
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
Directions
- Saute garlic, shallot and mushrooms in oil until mushrooms are browned. Add artichoke hearts, pepper and seasoning; saute for 3-5 minutes. Add spinach; saute and stir until wilted. Serve hot.
