Serves: 1-2
Yields: 12 rounds with dip

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 3 ounces half jar of marinated quartered artichoke hearts
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (and a little to sprinkle on top)

- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F Place a sheet of foil on oven rack.
- In a small, round baking dish combine the cream cheese and artichoke hearts with a spoon. Stir in parmesan cheese, garlic salt & pepper until well combined. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Set aside.
- Cut the 3 slices of bread into quarters. Drizzle each quarter with olive oil. Sparingly sprinkle a little garlic powder and cayenne pepper onto each quarter.
- Place baking dish in oven for approximately 10-12 minutes.
- Place bread quarters directly on foil and heat with baking dish for approximately 5-8 minutes.
- Turn on broiler and broil until dip is browning and bread is toasty.
- Enjoy!
