Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, well drained & chopped
- 3⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions
- In bowl, combine artichoke hearts, cheese, mayo & garlic powder.
- Place chicken in greased 11x7x2 inch baking dish.
- Spread with artichoke mix.
- Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
