Artichoke & Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 1 lb longhorn cheese or 1 lb rat cheese, grated
- 6 eggs, beaten
Directions
- Place artichokes on bottom of a greased 8x8 pan; top with grated cheese.
- Pour beaten eggs over cheese; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, serve.
