Directions

  1. Mash potatoes, add all ingredients except the flour.
  2. Mix all together making sure there are no lumps.
  3. Cool in refrigerator overnight.
  4. Mix flour into cooled potato mixture and roll into 3-4 logs.
  5. Keep in refrigerator until griddle is hot Cut a slice from log about 3/4-inch thick.
  6. Roll out very thin on floured board.
  7. Place on griddle and bake on both sides.
  8. I use a 16-inch all purpose electric grill.
