Arkansas Possum Pie

Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3⁄4 cup powdered sugar
- 1⁄4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 3⁄4 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 cup vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1⁄3 cup instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 cup chocolate cookies, crushed
- 15 pecan halves
Directions
- Beat cream cheese with sugar.
- Pour into crust.
- Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Whisk the milk, 1 tsp vanilla and pudding mixes for 2 minutes.
- Let stand for 2 minutes.
- Spoon pudding mix over pecans.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 C of the cookies.
- Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
- Whip cream with 1 tsp vanilla.
- Spread over pie.
- Top with pecan halves and remaining cookie crumbs.
