Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sherry wine vinegar or 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
- May be refrigerated in an airtight container for 1 week.
