Arby's Sauce (Authentic)

This sauce is as close as it gets without stealing the packets of sauce from Arby's. I have tried other recipes on this site that aren't as good, but this is spot on!

• Yields: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

• Sauce

• 1  cup water
• 1⁄2 cup ketchup
• 2  tablespoons brown sugar
• 1⁄4 cup white vinegar
• 3⁄4 teaspoon  garlic salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
• 3  tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

• Thickening Mix

• 1  tablespoon cornstarch
• 2  tablespoons water

Directions

1. Place all sauce ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until thoroughly combined.
2. Pour mixture into a small saucepan, heat on medium low for 20 minute stirring occasionally.
3. Add thickening mix and stir well.
4. Reduce heat to low and let simmer 10 minute.
5. Remove from heat and cool completely before serving.
6. **Stores in covered container in the refrigerator**.
