Apricot Trail Mix

Ingredients
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 cups dried apricots, coarsely chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Place almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, place cashews and apricots. Add roasted seeds and nuts.
