Apricot Sorbet

Not sure where I originally found this recipe, but I have had this recipe in my files for a long time. Sounds very easy. Show more

Serves: 2-4

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can  apricot halves, undrained
  • 1 -2  tablespoon sugar
  • 1  tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Freeze the apricots in a freezer-proof container. Place frozen apricots in a blender or food processor. Add sugar and lemon juice. Cover and process until combined. Serve immediately or freeze.
