Apricot Glazed Pork Roast

Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork roast
- 15 ounces apricot jam
- 1⁄4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 cup chopped onion
Directions
- Place roast in slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meat.
- Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours. Transfer meat to serving plate. Serve with cooking juices.
