Apricot Glazed Chicken Breasts

- Rinse and pat dry chicken with paper towels.
- Sprinkle paprika over chicken.
- Spray non-stick skillet with non-stick spray and heat over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until no longer pink inside, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer chicken to serving platter and cover to keep warm.
- Prepare sauce as follows just before serving.
- Add oil to skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic, cook and stir for one minute.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a gentle boil.
- Remove from heat and pour over chicken.
