Apricot-Ginger Glaze

Second of three glazes from the Montreal Gazette. Again, goes well with beef, chicken, pork or fish, and should be brushed on during the last five minutes of grilling. Show more

Yields: 1/4 cup

Ingredients

  • 2  tablespoons  apricot jam
  • 2  tablespoons  prepared horseradish
  • 12 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer, uncovered, over medium heat for two minutes.
