Apricot Fruit Flip

Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) can apricot nectar
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1⁄4 cup non-fat powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind
- ice cube
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except ice cubes, in container of an electric blender.
- Add enough ice cubes to measure 4 cups; blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
