Apricot Chicken

Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 (14 ounce) jar apricot preserves
- 1 (3 ounce) packet Lipton French Onion soup mix
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
- Lightly grease pan.
- Place chicken in pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a seperate bowl mix jar of apricot preserves and packet of Lipton french onion soup mix.
- Pour mixture on to chicken and spread evenly over thighs.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until done, spoon sauce over chicken a couple times during baking.
