- 16 dried apricots
- 8 teaspoons crumbled blue cheese
- 2 ounces chopped shelled pistachios
- 1⁄2 teaspoon honey
- fresh ground pepper
Directions

- Sprinkle with pistachios and drizzle with honey; sprinkle with pepper.
