Apricot Bread

Directions

  1. Soak apricots 1/2 hour; drain and cut up.
  2. Cream butter, sugar and egg; add dry ingredients alternately with liquid . Fold in apricots.
  3. Bake 45 minutes in 350F oven (or a little longer).
