Ingredients

• 1  quart heavy cream
• 1  quart half-and-half
• 3  tablespoons cinnamon
• 4  tablespoons  apricot preserves
• 1  teaspoon  red and  yellow food coloring
• 1  cup  hungarian apricot brandy
• 4  whole eggs

Directions

1. heat half and half and heavy to simmer.
2. heat heavy cream and half and half to simmer.
3. add apricot preserves remove from heat let mixture cool add apricot brandy.
4. add eggs white and yolk.
5. add food coloring.
6. Blend with mixer and place in ice cream maker.
7. serve when semi hard.
