Apricot Brandy Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1 quart half-and-half
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons apricot preserves
- 1 teaspoon red and yellow food coloring
- 1 cup hungarian apricot brandy
- 4 whole eggs
Directions
- heat half and half and heavy to simmer.
- heat heavy cream and half and half to simmer.
- add apricot preserves remove from heat let mixture cool add apricot brandy.
- add eggs white and yolk.
- add food coloring.
- Blend with mixer and place in ice cream maker.
- serve when semi hard.
