Directions
- Mix margarine and sugar.
- Add eggs and mix in dry ingredients.
- Finally mix in coconut, nuts, and vanilla.
- Grease a 9 by 13 pan.
- Spread 2/3 of mixture in bottom of pan pressing down evenly.
- Spread jam on top and crumble remaining mixture on top.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
