Apricot Anis Fizz

I saw this on the net and it conjured up such a nice & smooth drink, that I thought I would share it. Serve in a 14 oz tall glass.

• Serves: 1

Ingredients

• 1 3⁄4 ounces  gin
• 1⁄2 ounce apricot brandy
• 1⁄4 ounce anisette
• 1⁄2 ounce fresh lemon juice (not the bottled kind)
•  sparkling soda water
•  ice

Directions

1. Shake in iced cocktail shaker & strain/build.
2. Fill with ice, soda.
3. Add lemon twist, apricot slice.
