Apricot and Coconut Slice

Ingredients
- 250 g plain sweet biscuits
- 1 cup dried apricot, finely chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups desiccated coconut
- 395 g sweetened condensed milk
- 125 g butter
- 1 1⁄4 cups melted chocolate
- 100 g Copha
Directions
- mix all ingredients together except for melted chocolate.
- place mixture into a slice pan and refrigerate until set.
- poor melted chocolate over top.
- refrigerate until set.
- remove from pan and using a sharp knife cut into squares.
