Applesauce CrockPot Pulled Pork BBQ

I absolutely love this recipe! It's super easy and tasty!

  1. Slice onions in half. Place 2 halves in bottom of CrockPot.
  2. Place pork in CrockPot. Cover with 2nd onion.
  3. Pour Ginger Ale over pork.
  4. Cook on LOW for 12 hours.
  5. Combine applesauce, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and chili powder. Stir until completely blended. Set aside.
  6. Remove onions and drain all liquid from meat.
  7. Using 2 forks, shred pork. Remove bones as you go.
  8. Return meat to crock pot and add BBQ sauce.
  9. Cook on LOW for an additional 4-6 hours.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
