  1. Spray a 6-cup ring mold with cooking spray.
  2. Boil the water.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin in the water.
  4. Stir in cranberry and apple sauces.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Unmold on serving platter.
