Applesauce-Berry Gelatin Mold

Ingredients
- nonstick cooking spray
- 2 cups water
- 2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry gelatin
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 3⁄4 cups chunky applesauce
Directions
- Spray a 6-cup ring mold with cooking spray.
- Boil the water.
- Dissolve the gelatin in the water.
- Stir in cranberry and apple sauces.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Unmold on serving platter.
