Applesauce BBQ CrockPot Pulled Pork

I absolutely LOVE this recipe! Super easy and tasty!

  1. Combine applesauce, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and chili powder in mixing bowl.
  2. Stir until blended evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
  4. Cut onions in half, placing 2 halves in bottom of CrockPot.
  5. Place pork roast on top of onions in the CrockPot.
  6. Cover pork with remaining onion halves.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 12 hours.
  8. Remove onions and strain all liquid from CrockPot.
  9. Using 2 forks, shred pork. Remove bones once meat has been removed during shredding process.
  10. Stir in BBQ sauce.
  11. Cook on low for another 4-6 hours.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
