Apples and Peanut Butter (Apple Slices)

A quick, light lunch or a delicious snack. I never get tired of this combo!

Ingredients

  • 1  firm eating apple (I like Gala the best)
  • 2 -4  tablespoons peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)

Directions

  1. Core and slice apple into wedges.
  2. Divide the peanut butter evenly among the slices. I usually spread mine along the inner edge.
  3. Enjoy!
