Apples and Oats Protein Bars

Ingredients
- 4 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup non-fat powdered milk
- 4 scoops protein powder
- 8 fluid ounces no sugar added apple juice
- 2 egg whites
- 1 unsweetened applesauce, cup
- 3 -4 tablespoons cinnamon
Directions
- Mix together and put into pan sprayed with no stick spray. bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
