Apples and Noodles

My friends made this for dessert, but we like it with porkchops.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place half of the noodles and apples in a buttered baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with half the brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon.
  4. Dot with half the butter, repeat.
  5. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
  6. Stir well before serving (or, leave uncovered toward the end of baking to give the top a nice crunchy texture).
