Applebee's Maple Butter Sauce

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup real maple syrup
• 1⁄2 cup real butter
• 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Directions

1. Combine syrup and butter, cook over low heat until butter is melted.
2. Stir in brown sugar until dissolved.
3. Add walnuts, if desired.
