Apple Top Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup shortening
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon-sugar mixture
- 1 cup sliced apple
- 1 3⁄4 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup milk
Directions
- Mix shortening and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients added to milk.
- Place apples, cinnamon, and sugar on top.
- Bake 25-30 minutes and 375°F.
