Apple Syrup

Yields: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 1⁄4 cups unsweetened apple juice
- 4 teaspoons sugar substitute
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine cornstarch, spices and apple juice until smooth.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cook and stir 2 minutes.
- Remove and stir in sugar substitute.
