Apple Slaw

Ingredients
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1⁄2 cup red onion
- 1⁄2 cup flat leaf parsley
- 1⁄4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 teaspoons walnut oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve soon, before the apple discolors.
- You could use rasbberry vinegar for an interesting flavor.
