Apple Scotch Cookies

Directions

  1. Cream together softened butter with brown sugar.
  2. Add eggs and milk; beat well.
  3. Mix and sift flour, baking powder, salt and spices; stir into creamed mixture.
  4. Stir in apples, walnuts, raisins and butterscotch pieces.
  5. Drop by tablespoons on well-greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes.
  7. Remove from baking sheets immediately, cool on racks.
