Apple Sausage Breakfast Ring

Something a little different for a brunch.

Ingredients

  • 2  lbs sausage meat
  • 2  eggs, beaten
  • 1  cup  finely chopped apple
  • 12 cup half-and-half or 12 cup milk
  • 1 12 cups  fine dry breadcrumbs or 1 12 cups  cracker crumbs
  • 14 cup  finely minced onion

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. Press lightly into a greased ring mold.
  3. Bake 1 hour at 350F degrees.
  4. Cool about 15 minutes and then invert onto plate to serve.
