Apple-Raisin Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 cups French bread or 4 cups Italian bread, cubed
- 1 large apple, peeled and chopped
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F Mix eggs, milk, sugar, butter, allspice, vanilla, and cinnamon in large bowl until well blended.
- Stir in bread cubes, apple, raisins ansd walnuts. Spread evenly in greased 11x7 bakng dish.
- Bake 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
