Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 cup apple butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together then pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. In pre-heated oven bake for 30-40 minutes. Serve with a dollup of whip cream!
