  1. Add oats, milk, water, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a pot.
  2. Cook on medium high until big bubbles appear, and then cook on low heat, stirring constantly until it reaches the texture you want.
  3. Add the brown sugar and cream on top at the end when it’s in the bowls.
  4. Enjoy! :).
