Apple Pie Liqueur

This is a delicious apple liquor. We make it in the fall with fresh apple juice.

Ready In: 720 hrs 20 mins

Yields: 1 quart (roughly)

Ingredients

  • 1  quart  apple juice
  • 1  tablespoon apple pie spice
  • 1  cup honey
  • 3  cups  Everclear alcohol

Directions

  1. In 2-quart pan, put apple juice and warm (do not boil).
  2. Add apple pie spice, and honey, mix well.
  3. Add everclear and divide into bottles, cap and let age 1 month.
  4. Serve cold or hot.
