Directions

  1. Boil sugar and water.
  2. Add salt, lemon juice, and Clear Jell dissolved in 1/2 cup water.
  3. Cook until thickened, then add remaining ingredients.
  4. This is enough filling for 1 pie.
  5. Put one crust in a 9 inch pie pan add filling, top with second crust and seal edges.
  6. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. or until done.
