Apple Pie Egg Roll

Directions

  1. Combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  2. Place 2 heaping tablespoons of filling in the center of each wrapper.
  3. Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly. Use a dab of water to secure the tip of the wrapper.
  4. Preheat oil to 350ºF.
  5. Fry each egg roll for about 4 - 5 minutes or until brown and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
