"apple Pie" Croissants (With Peanut Butter)

Yields: 1 croissant
Ingredients
- 1 butter croissant
- 1⁄2 apple (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- Cut Croissant in half & top with peanut butter (you can use more or less but I think I did right around a tbsp).
- Cut apple slices as thin as possible and lay them across peanut butter croissant.
- Top with thin pads of butter on top of the apple and sprinkle cinnamon sugar to taste (I just used a McCormick's cinnamon sugar grinder until it looked like enough).
- Put Croissants in toaster oven for aprox 1 min or until butter is melted and the office/house smells like apple pie :).
