Directions

  1. Add everything except for pecans and maple syrup to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  2. When the apples are soft, and quinoa has absorbed the water, fluff the quinoa with a fork.
  3. Pour into bowls and top with maple syrup and pecans.
