Apple Nut Log

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon apple juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup tart apple, chopped
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
- Combine cream cheese,apple juice and nutmeg in mixing bowl, blend until smooth.
- Pour lemon juice over chopped apples and add to the creamed cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in 3/4c.of the pecans,then shape into a 6 inch log and roll in the remaining chopped nuts.
- Wrap in plastic and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve on crackers.
