Apple Nut Bars

  1. Beat eggs unti foamy, then gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until thick and lemon-colored. Add vanilla.
  2. Mix flour, salt and baking powdeer; blened into egg mixture.
  3. Fold in apples and nuts.
  4. Spread batter into a greased and floured 9X13 pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until a pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
