Apple Mac Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 1 medium green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 (4 ounce) can roasted red peppers (very well drained!)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 -4 medium Red Delicious apples
Directions
- Boil pasta until smooth and tender ( do not over cook).
- After draining pasta, in a big bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Drain roasted peppers very well, otherwise the salad will turn redish.
- Refrigerate for about 3 hours. Serve cold.
