Apple Juice Jelly

Yields: 5 1/2 pint jars
Ingredients
- 4 cups apple juice
- 5 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 (1 3/4ounce) packet Certo (3/8 cup)
Directions
- Bring juice, pectin and food coloring (if using) to a boil.
- Add sugar.
- Boil 2 minutes, stirring all the while.
- Skim off any foam.
- Pour into prepared jars.
- Sit upside down till cooled.
